our stay at krystal was lovely! the food was fantastic, with real mexican flavors that everyone loved. The beachfront was perfect for my kids. they enjoyed the clean, sandy waves. the staff were attentive, and we appreciated the sun loungers right on the beach!
but it did get a little crowded at times.

Great staff and awesome location!
We loved the ocean view from our room! The staff was super friendly, and Sergio at the Sports Bar was a champ! The local food places nearby were a hit, especially the snack bar at the hotel. One thing tho, the hotel could really use some repairs here and there. Overall, we had a fantastic stay!

The beach was beautiful, and we enjoyed excellent food quality overall, especially the delicious marmalade at breakfast. However, the hotel felt crowded with families and many children, which may not be ideal for all guests. Dining experiences were mixed, as the a la carte options seemed less appealing compared to what others received at the same restaurant. The snack areas were in need of maintenance, with broken chairs and slow service at the pizza stand.
